We will take you through an equipment based session, targeted to your specific needs, goals or issues.
We will discuss with you our recommendations and how we can help you.
You will come away feeling informed and confident to take the next step towards your goal.

Even if you are interested in our classes you must take this session first. This will give you an initial understanding of the Pilates technique, how to apply that to your particular physique, and correct and safe use of the equipment.  
Intro sessions are between 30-40mins
